Twenty35 at Timothy Woods Apartments is pleased to offer a Waitlist option for local university students for the upcoming Summer and Fall semesters. We know finding a new home in a new city can require a lot of research and planning. To ensure your search is easy, we have designed a waitlist option to help you locate a home now so you can relax and focus on the new chapter ahead of you.
How does it work?
Joining the waitlist is easy! Choose your preferred floor plan and apply. We'll do the rest. Follow the detailed steps below to join our waitlist and please read our terms and conditions.
Please note that your monthly rental rate is based on the current market rate at the time a home is reserved for you, your move-in date, and lease term. Your desired floor plan may not be available on your preferred move-in date. Should this happen, our team will present you with current available options.
ONE BEDROOMS
The current preleasing price for our One Bedroom floor plans is $1,466 per month.

The current preleasing price for our Two Bedroom floor plans is $1,616 per month.

STEP ONE

Browse our selection of one, two, and three-bedroom homes to determine which home best suits your needs. We invite you to tour your way with our in-person and virtual tours. Our team is also available to assist you Monday through Friday in your search.
Terms and Conditions
The waitlist program is valid for UGA students on new leases only and is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
The waitlist is not applicable for a semester beginning more than six (6) months in the future.
Applicants must satisfy all application approval requirements to qualify.
Application and Administrative Fees are nonrefundable.
Applications that are older than sixty (60-days) will be rescreened at the time of reserving a specific home.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that any home will be reserved as reservations are based on actual availability.
Apartment reservations will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis dependent on the date of application completion and paid fees.
